Determine customer needs by meeting, email or telephone. According to the customer’s ore nature, current chemical system and problems/needs, our engineer would offer the ore flotation solution.

Customization process 2
According to the solution of first step, the corresponding sample can be provided to do testing; or ores can be accepted to do testing in our laboratory.

Customization process 3
When laboratory testing goes well, more sample can be provided to do site testing.
If it is necessary our engineer can provide mine site services.

Formal batch purchasing.
